The open relay connection is a problem with Bob's ISP.

So if you thought I was being rude in not replying, I wasn't!
I'm not sure what it wants me to do about this, or if there's anything

can do about it. I have no control over the fact that I get a dynamic IP
address from my ISP, nor do billions of other people. I'm also not using
an
open relay as far as I know - perhaps there's one on the route, but again
there's nothing I can do about that.
