        in all fairness, I would venture that most of the "things
        being learned" w/ the new 67II are technique & resulting
        image oriented. I suspect that after years of PJ'ing around
        w/ his SuperPrograms & Motordrives & such, that the more
        "stand-back and contemplative" approach demanded by the 
        tripod and larger format is forcing many new & different
        approaches to the craft for our retired PJ pal. I suspect
        that he may well be venturing beyond the sphere of familiarity
        developed over the years of PJ-type photography. 
        This is a "Good Thing", expansion of interests & all that rot ... 

        Let's just hope he doesn't go "artsy-fartsy" or turn into
        a postcard/calander cliche scene machine!      !8^D
