I thought it was Hillary Clinton but I guess I was wrong.

Are those ears natural? Have they been chewed off in fights? Are they normal for the breed -- whatever it might be? I can't believe they were trimmed by an owner. That animal looks really wild. The ears are like those of the spotted hyena (US spelling) Crocuta crocuta. I'd hate to meet this beast on a dark night, or any night, or day for that matter. I think the photographer must have been a soldier with armed companions. Or the lens might have been very long. Or the picture might have been taken from inside a vehicle. It makes me shiver.

Anyone got any ideas how long was the lens used for this shot?
And what the heck is it?
