On second glance, this has got to be photoshopped. The legs have been lengthened, and not well at that. Look at the ratio of femur to tibia in the rear leg (upper bone to lower) compared to the ratio of humerus to ulna in the foreleg. If this fellow is capable of moving on those legs, he won't be able to catch any prey. But wild dogs are mostly scavengers anyway.
