They should rather paint them in color after the customers wish. Options just like 
when buying a car. Alternatively, they could have had just a few colors to choose from 
at extra cost; like military green, dark red, dark blue, brown etc. I would like to 
have one in military green. Since they are painting them by hand anyway, such a scheme 
should be easy to implant. They could charge quite a lot for this and get away with 
it.
