Hi Tom, i didn't read your post as that, what i am frustrated about, is the fact, that because of this quality discussion, the ones who are not as skilled as some of you undoubtedly are, might be discouraged to contribute a pic that you might consider a snapshot. Since the pros on that list don't bother to contribute i am happy about any contribution that i get. May it be of poor quality in some eyes, but it is an effort, that others didn't bother to make.
Just my 2 cents and now i go back to make the PUG. I am quiet now.
