Rob,
Mine does not appear to have an insert,though there are 2 lugs down
the hole in the middle where one could possibly attach one.
I will use the inversion method,Kodak suggest vigorous agitation,I
was going for inversion as most books advise,shaking would produce
air bubbles,surely not a good idea.I have read Lanfords Basic
Photography.
