The science has certainly NOT been verified anywhere near conclusively. This is an issue I have followed fairly closely and I am QUITE sure of that. (I don't know what your contacts at DRI, NASA and JPL are telling you.) The Gore movie is considerably closer to fiction than it is to fact.
