It's not that I disagree that the worlds population is getting out of
hand, but it's easier to control the mechanical problem (ie pollution)
first, then focus on global overcrowding.

The best answer is education. The better educated people are the fewer 
children they have. This has been proven time and time again. But this is 
starting 
to go where I prefer not to go. However, education is a BIG help.
