The best way to curb population growth is to raise the standard of living in 3rd world nations. But I find the first part totally silly and always have. Just because the population growth curve may have leveled out does not mean that we aren't ALREADY overpopulated. And it doesn't mean that population doesn't continue to grow, it just means it grows more slowly. You're probably just a lot younger than me and have gotten used to overcrowding.
