It reads like a very intelligent test. The Nikon D200 and the Sony Alpha 
both get bad marks for noise. The K10D will apparently have the same sensor.

SR may give us 2, 2.5, or 3 stops extra speed. But we would lose at 
least one of those stops to noise. (If you shot satisfactorily at ISO 
1600 before, with the K10D you may need to limit yourself to ISO 800.) I 
often shoot in low light, and am concerned about this noise issue.

I don't want to have to buy the K100D to get shake reduction. It doesn't 
have the features I need.

What are others on the list planning to do re: the K10D? And why?
