I never bother aiming for perfect straightness in the film holder... just fix it in Photoshop :) The crop tool can be used to rotate at the same time: just place the mouse pointer somewhere outside a corner, hold down the button and rotate it until an edge is parallel to the horizon. Fantastic photos, BTW.
