I never bother aiming for perfect straightness in the film holder...  
just fix it in Photoshop :)  The crop tool can be used to rotate at  
the same time: just place the mouse pointer somewhere outside a  
corner, hold down the button and rotate it until an edge is parallel  
to the horizon.

Fantastic photos, BTW.  I'm already itching to get out and take more  
landscapes, and you're not making me feel any better!
