Yes, in the most touristy parts of London and in some other tourist meccas. Last time I was in England an American student was killed in Brighton when she stepped in front of traffic on a busy seaside motorway. Happens all too often. I'd like to apologize to the original poster for hijacking his thread about Munich. That was a nice photo and reminded me of many pleasant times spent in Munich. In the 80s and 90s I used to go there on business several times a year, and when I had the time I used to wander around the streets looking for photo ops. Munich is a grand city for this. I was last there for two weeks in 2000 and hope to get back again, although I no longer have business reasons to go there. I would welcome seeing more photos from Munich.
