With Pentax once the camera achieves focus lock, (or fails to and 
decides it can't achieve focus lock), in single shot mode, the camera 
stops trying to focus.  However focus may not be quite where you want 
it.  Changing the focus at this point manually won't restart the camera 
autofocus function.
