I wouldn't buy a charger that doesn't charge individual cells but I wouldn't use one without a display either. I now use a BC-900 and each time I buy 12 or so cells I run them through the refresh cycle then match the sets based on charge capacity. My high capacity cells do self discharge faster than I'd like but with my charger it's absolutely no problem keeping them fully charged. I really detest L-ion cells, I just think of the dollars I've spent on custom L-ion batteries for phones, laptops, videos and other gear over the years it makes me shudder. > But really - I'm planning on a K10D within the next half year, so I'm > not going to investigate NiMh chargers any further. :-) I'm interested in the K10D but hope that it's AA compatible (like most of the rest of my kit) as I've got eight good sets of 4 AA cells. -- Rob Studdert HURSTVILLE AUSTRALIA Tel +61-2-9554-4110 UTC(GMT) +10 Hours [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~distudio//publications/ Pentax user since 1986, PDMLer since 1998 -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
