I don't have a real darkroom either, but just today tried developing B&W
film (you just need a dark place to load the tank).  My negs came out okay,
but awfully grainy, probably due to shooting TMax 3200 at 3200 and
developing in D-76.  I scanned them using an HP S20 scanner at 1200 dpi into
Photoshop and printed them on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper usijng an
Epson 1270 printer.  At 4x6 I can't really tell any difference between them
and a wet print from a photo lab.
