What I notice that they have cleverly avoided saying that the lenses 
will feature a direct-drive motor. They just state that the mount will 
have power contacts for one. Maybe they haven't even decided what the 
focusing setup will look like? Perhaps they are testing a new setup, but 
are keeping the options of using screwdriver focus *only*, in case they 
can't the new stuff to work out right by the time they need to release 
the lenses?
