Good Eyed, Ann Sun ;-) You have already got good advice. So let me just chime in and say that you have my sympathy. It is frustrating when the technique fails, and double frustrating when a techie guy is the one to blame. My advice is to remember - It's just a computer. I know it's important to you, but - Think about all the good books you can read, while the list gets an excellent opportunity to talk a bit behind your back ;-)
