Depends on the scanning resolution. If you're an Imacon Flextight at 3200 dpi (its max resolution) you'll get an image of around 61 megapixels from a 67 neg or slide. You can work out the file sizes from there by multiplying by either 24 (8-bit color) or 48 (16-bit color).
