Bill a good friend of mine has done a lot of diving with a film slr. I 
remember he paid a very large sum for a proper housing. I can ask for a 
recommendation for a housing if you're interested.
At any depth where she's using scuba she's going to need a flash for proper 
colors.
She might be better off with a good P+S digital in a less complicated 
housing than that used with a DSLR.
