Joe, Out of curiousity, have you tried many other shots that are of very different subjects. It would be good to determine if it looks like this in all of them or just this instance. I would also isolate the SR tests from the color/noise tests. You test too many things at once and it makes it much more difficult to determine the problems and causes.
