Sorry for my plea to stop this. I'm just concerned that this may escalate
too far.

I don't know your definition of war. Is there any reference?

To me it's a big difference whether a small group does perform a
terror attack or whether a so called democratic state does perform such -
and declare this as their legal rights, since it is in war.
