NO, my point is they are essentially worthless
once you get better model IN HAND because it's
just plain dumb to keep using your old inferior
DSLR camera when you have **already got** a 
signifigantly better one in your bag of tools IMHO.

You missed the point.  JCO just proved to us with 'geometric logic' that
all our digital cameras are crap and worthless.  Now I see the point he
was so desperately trying to make with the diatribe on digital prices
