Apparently, my granddaughter threw a piece of plastic inside my epson 2200. When my daughter went to print something today, the carriage jammed when it was moving and broke the ribbon that drives it. The printer is five years old. I suppose it's not worth fixing ?? I'm thinking about going out to look for a 2400. Really can't afford it now, but I have a lot of printing to do. Sigh. Paul
