Hi Paul,

Check your printer driver. If you're on Windows, it might be that
you're using some Windows auto-installed driver for your printer
which does not work (in this case you are likely to have several 
drivers installed for the printer). Choose the correct Epson driver
or re-install it. I have seen this happen on a couple of computers.
