Academic pricing from Adobe on other prices has always delivered the same software that was sold over the counter, to the best of my knowledge, with the exception of the license agreement and possibly upgrade restrictions; maybe some bundle differences as well (the add- ons and extras in the box).
There's no way to say for sure that this will be the same for Lightroom but I doubt they want to incur the support and development costs of a different version for the edu market.
