All you need is an update of the RAW plug in for CS. You can down load it from the Adobe site. Version 2.4 is the latest for CS. It will support the DS. It goes in the folder Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS/Plug-Ins/File Formats. You should remove the old plug in before installing it. This will allow you to open Pentax files in the RAW converter. You can learn a lot just playing around with it. Use the "exposure" slider to set white point. Use the "shadows" slider to set black point. Use the "brightness" slider to adjust midrange brightnese. Use "contrast" to adjust the spread. But the converter is capable of much more. For best results get the Bruce Frasier book "Real World Camera Raw" from Amazon. There are two editions: one for CS and one for CS2. Have fun. Paul On Jan 30, 2007, at 9:10 PM, J. C. O'Connell wrote:
