Interesting. You're the first person to express that opinion. For what it is--offset printing on light magazine paper--I think they are better than most. I would have increased the contrast a bit, but hey.
So either your standards are too high, or you saw a bad copy, or were expecting an insert with fiber prints made for me by a master printer at Picto...
