Even in this small size, your test shot appears to be very sharp. I  
was always very fond of that lens. I gave mine to a friend when she  
bought a Spotmatic.
The best chance for an M42 digital would be if Zeiss decided to  
expand their M42 lens line. But it's still a longshot by any measure.
