Oh yeah, I fogot to mention, this wasnt even shot RAW mode, this was a 6MP jpeg *** image set to sRGB for web usage only. I did bracket the exposure in 1/3 stops to make sure I got a good one. It was 1/640 at F8, @ ISO200, IIRC.

So far I have been very impressed with every m42 Pentax SMCT lens I have tried on the istDS. But a real M42 SLR would be so much easier to use.
