With the TR III you need to have the AA's in the flash
at the same time. The power pack alone will not charge
the flash (according to the manual). I assume this is
because the pack is acting a booster. So, again I'm
guessing, but the flash seems to be able to operate @
6 and 15 volts. But, keep in mind that this means
nothing but BATTERY voltage. The DC OUTPUT charging
voltage from the TR III is 330v. What's the DC OUT for
the Quantum pack?
