Yes, I've been very happy and recommend them whenever I think it's appropriate.
The service is great. I've never waited more than an hour for a reply. Early in my use of their service I made a mistake with an order and thought it was their fault. Andy checked it out, told me what I had done wrong, corrected the error and resubmitted the order for no charge. Over the years that I've been a subscriber they have continually upgraded the service. For instance, when I first subscribed the basic level was unlimited storage and 2GB of bandwidth. After they upgraded their communication lines they bumped that up to 4GB. Now it's unlimited storage and bandwidth at all subscription levels. They also store copies of your photos in three different cities. So I use it as a supplement for my own backups. It's so unusual these days to find a quality product backed up by great service at a decent price.
