Exactly. People are wasting time by speculating/debating over whether Pentax is "planning" to go full frame. They aren't... because planning has nothing to do with whether or not it happens: It's going to be driven by market forces well outside Pentax's control. Even Canon, the digital leader, is to a large extent controlled *by* the market: In their case it's the need (or perceived need!) to stay one step ahead, rather than the need to avoid being left behind, but it's still something over which they have no control.
