It's small,  you won't lose much of the original funds. When selling on ebay, 
sometimes it's  a good idea to inflate the shipping cost a tad to also cover 
the PayPal  percentage or put on a reserve that will cover it if it is a high 
ticket item.  On the whole I just don't worry about it. Some people do get 
irate about it,  however. <shrug> I figure they have a right to charge for 
their 
business.  On a non-ebay item one could even ask the "buyer" to include enough 
to cover  it.

Go to your account page and look under fees at the bottom of the  page.
