Is there a difference quality wise between Lightroom, Camera Raw and Pentax
Laboratory or other raw converters?
Camera Raw seem to be the simplest for me on first sight and if it's auto
settings are good enough I could batch process pef's with Bridge/Photoshop,
any opinions on that?

Thanks alot and greetings

I initially used a Canon Raw Convertor with my photos. Then I got CS and
it's Bridge (I don't have CS 2 yet). I never noticed a tremendous difference
between the two. However, I like the control offered by Bridge -- it seems to
offer more adjustments than some other convertors. I sometimes sharpen in
conversion, but not often, because I like unsharpen mask better -- again more
control. Mainly I up saturation a tad in conversion. Saturation seems to work
better there than later. But YMMV.
