Are you checking the "scanned" box to the right of browse button? If not, 
it's thinking you have a digitally captured image & without seeing the exif 
data, it's declining your submission. I've submitted, & had accepted, 
several images, digitally captured, but without exif data, by listing 
another film camera, checking the scanned button & elaborating in the 
comment box.

Also when the lens I'm using (300mm f4.5 FA) isn't listed in the lenses pull 
down menu, I pick the next closest and elaborate in the comment box.
