Markus, your best bet is to get in contact with the people who will be doing your printing and ask what colour space they want. I would think it shouldn't matter for a print house, as they should be able to take most any file and convert it to something they can work from. You will run into problems with photo labs, as they often don't have the ability or inclination to convert files to sRGB for printing. The reason photo labs want sRGB is because it is the closest match to the colour gamut of silver/dye based papers.
