That means that the quality is a function every individual that evaluates it. In other words, meaningless as a measure of "quality" because everyone has their own opinion. I don't know how anyone can disagree with either of those two statements. Nor did I sense that he was arguing a point or that he was pronouncing results. I don't understand why prefacing a statement with "From what I've read" makes one vulnerable to an attack, as it's an honest, explicit admission that the author is not speaking from first hand experience. I think Mr. Robb and Mr. DiGiorgi are either mistakenly misinterpeting his words or just being antisocial.
