Agreed, but define "rich". Access to the law and competent representation in a court of law are two different things (as I'm sure you know). Not commenting on Paul's case, but in the end the differentiation is lost if one has access to the law but justice is not done, either because of an incompetent judge, incompetent jury, incompetent attorney or plain lack of funds to get competent counsel.
