What Thibouille said. Notice that you specified maximum read and write speeds for the Transcend 150x and a minimum write speed for the SDHC card.
The reason they had to bring out SDHC was to accommodate ambiguities in the SecureDigital hardware spec which made it difficult to implement a card with a capacity greater than 2G bytes and guarantee device compatibility. It's just taken a while for the vendors to ramp production on the new spec cards with high performance capabilities ... they sell many more lower capacity/lower performance cards, I suspect. Now that the Extreme III cards are available in SDHC, I'm confident that many more will follow and prices will drop to suit the volumes.
