Now _THAT_ sounds interesting. For quite a while I've wondered why not put a larger sensor into a P&S type camera. Coupled to a good zoom lens it would make a killer combination. Heck, I wouldn't even need 14mpx - six or eight would be adequate providing the results were good. For the work I do with it, 4mp from my little Sony has been satisfactory.
