then its definately NOT CA. CA presents itself as a difference in magnification of the R/G/B images but when you look at the center this difference is nearly zero even with HUGE CA in a lens. What that is, I dont know, but it cant be CA because if it was, there would be an impossibly large magnitude of CA in the corners. jco
