The Old Pravda, (Communist Party Organ from 1918-1991) shut down in 
1991.  It costs a lot less to do an Internet version.  I expect that 
it's readership is not exactly the highest, but then who can tell.  I 
like how the web page describes losing it's Government subsidy and being 
required to go it alone as being forced to shut down by the coup.
