Thanks Paul and Alex for the compliments. :-) Having owned and used all of them now except for the DA40, all the Limiteds are exceptional performers.
I have no interest in 35mm film any more, other than sentimental desire to use my Rollei 35S once in a blue moon (coming up...). The DA21 and DA70 are a better fit to the K10D than the FA31 and FA77 were. I still prefer the FA43 over the DA40, I think it presents nicer rendering qualities. An interest in high quality lenses generally means that either you have developed enough critical ability to discern quality that they are warranted or that you want them as a status symbol. Wanting only the highly vaunted, much adulated by peers older Limiteds is a sign that the status symbol qualification may be intruding on your objectivity. It doesn't guarantee this is true, but it's something to think about. On the other hand, far be it from me to discourage a little "lens buying addiction". There are worse addictions in the world.
