In low light my combo selects f4 from 16mm then f5 just past 35mm then f5.6 at 45mm, of course in bright light the response is completely different as would be expected in an MTF biased program. with plenty of light at 16mm the aperture tends to stay limited to wide values and the shutter speed varies while at 45mm the aperture tends to varies as much as the shutter speed. I'm sure it's working but find it far too confusing to actually work with in practice. I'm not particularly happy with the response of any of the program curves in the K10D particularly with Auto ISO active. They tend to disregard SR and FL settings pushing the shutter speed/ISO up unnecessarily. -- Rob Studdert HURSTVILLE AUSTRALIA Tel +61-2-9554-4110 UTC(GMT) +10 Hours [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://picasaweb.google.com/distudio/PESO http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~distudio//publications/ Pentax user since 1986, PDMLer since 1998 -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
