But, of course, the "IPA" designation for beer brewed
in the pacific northwet (Washington, Oregon, etc.) bears
very little resemblance to a British IPA other than
apparently using more hops in the process.  Personally
I find most American IPAs over-hop to excess (although
Pyramid IPA is the exception), and thoroughly dislike
the excessive cloudiness (and overpowering yeast taste)
of most Washington/Oregon IPAs.  Beer should be clear.
