Look at Sigma 12-24 - it is bigger (87 mm x 102.5 mm vs. 84 mm × 87.5 mm) and havier (600 g vs. 430 g) than DA 12-24/4. And Sigma is f4.5-5.6 lens, not fixed f4 like Pentax. Oh and you can't use front filters in Sigma ;-)
