Is there really a difference... In my experience there is. I never have come across a rock that is as intelligent as a person. However on very rare occasions I have come across a person that seemed to be as intelligent as a rock. :-) Seriously, when it comes to examining evidence of design, it takes very little to convince us that even the most rudimentary man-made artifact had a maker, like a piece of flint with serrated edges. Yet when it comes to biological machinery that is more complex than any man-made machine, is by and large self-regulating, running multiple programs coded at the molecular level, it happened by chance.
