Pentax has fulfilled all six lens rebates I've submitted. Document what you do when submitting the rebate, then if you have a problem with the rebate fulfillment house, call Pentax USA Customer Service. I've had to do this once when I mistakenly let the rebate fall out of the proper mail-in period.
