Nope. You're still missing the point.

If you're giving your clients a CD with the pictures on it, you should 
also give them the signed release so they won't have any problems 
printing them.

I'm not presuming anything. I'm following my employer's policies 
regarding reproduction of copyrighted material. If it has anything on it 
indicating it's copyrighted, I've no choice in the matter; if common 
sense indicates it's subject to copyright - the work of a professional 
photographer, I've no choice.

I let them print it, and I can get sued. If I do let someone print 
copyrighted photos and  get sued as a result, the corporation I work for 
ain't gonna back me up, because they've sent down policy that we will 
not print copyrighted material. Not only won't I get support, I'll lose 
my job for violating company policies.

I'm *required by law*, and by my employer, to stop them from using our 
equipment to reproduce copyrighted material, *UNLESS*.
the person attempting to print the photo has a signed copyright release 
from the copyright holder.

That's the future in the USA under the DMCA.
